Michelle Callahan, PhD, is a psychologist and an experienced consultant with a proven track record of accelerating organizational success and effectiveness. Her expertise in executive assessment, 360-degree feedback and organizational development enable companies to flourish in such key areas as leadership development, talent management, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, inter-generational communication, and conflict resolution.
She has presented original research at several national conferences, including the American Psychological Association, and her work has been published in a number of peer-reviewed journals, including The Leadership Journal.
Michelle has excelled as both an internal and external consultant for many Fortune 500 companies. She has developed and implemented programs and curriculum to assist organizations with practical and tactical strategies for optimizing leadership teams, implementing change management, successfully installing new executives, and supporting ongoing leadership programs, including executive coaching.
Her clients have included Procter & Gamble, Morgan Stanley, Viacom, the New York Times, Columbia University, Nickelodeon, BET, and the Society of Women Engineers. Michelle is skilled in many assessment models, including Hogan, DiSC, MBTI, Social Style and TKI. She is an experienced facilitator and conference speaker, and has been featured as a guest expert on TV news shows and networks including ABC’s Good Morning America, NBC’s Today Show, MSNBC and Fox.
Michelle received her PhD and master’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan and her B.A. in sociology from Boston College. She also was a post-doctoral research fellow at Yale University.
