Andy Hartman, PsyD, has both clinical experience as a licensed psychologist, and over 20 years working in the business community as an organizational consultant. This background enables him to offer unique support across an organization in leadership development, executive coaching, and team development and effectiveness. Andy’s proven ability to enhance the strengths of leaders ensures organizational excellence in leadership and organizational health. His clients represent a broad spectrum of businesses from healthcare services organizations, Fortune 50 corporations, privately-owned companies and not-for-profit organizations.
With a focus on strength-based leadership, this framework accelerates growth in individual leaders and team performance. Andy helps to identify and leverage key competencies of both the leader and the team to optimize organization health and productivity.
Andy works across a broad spectrum of industries including healthcare clients such as Lurie Children’s Hospital, BJC HealthCare, Washington University School of Medicine, and Health First. He also works with insurance companies such as Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Illinois and Allstate Insurance Company, as well as clients in a range of other industries including utilities such as ComEd., An Exelon Company.
Andy holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, a Master’s degree in Education, and a Bachelor of Arts degree. He also has advanced training with the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA.
