Tim Frischmon

Principal

 

 

 

Since joining Furst Group in 1994, Tim has successfully led more than 275 engagements. He has partnered and consulted with boards of directors, chief executive officers and senior executives on executive recruitment and retention, succession planning, and organizational and leadership development.

 

With 19 years of experience, Tim has developed a broad knowledge of the healthcare industry. His clients have included managed care and health insurance; managed government programs (Medicaid and Medicare); healthcare service organizations including pharmacy benefit management, specialty pharmaceutical and information technology companies, wellness/disease management, and hospitals and integrated delivery systems. He has conducted searches for board members, chief executive officers and senior leaders across all functional areas. Tim has a proven track record of successfully identifying and aligning leaders with organizations that are publicly traded, venture capital/private equity-backed, and non-profit.

 

Tim is committed to being deeply entrenched in his clients’ business and the markets they serve to ensure their short- and long-term success. His consultative approach and commitment to forging deep, long-lasting relationships have led to multiple searches with many of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations. He has been responsible for building high-performance leadership teams for start-ups, turnarounds and well-established companies.

 

Tim is active in several professional and civic organizations, and has led presentations within the industry and contributed to numerous articles. He is a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of LifeScience Alley, a leading trade association serving the life sciences in Minnesota and the surrounding region. He also chairs LifeScience Alley’s Nominating and Governance Committee.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and business management from the University of Minnesota-Morris where he served as a member of the board of directors for the Alumni Association.
