Rebecca Williams is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and advisor who has partnered with C-Suite leaders in large and mid-size companies across global industries for more than 20 years. Fluent in Spanish, she started her career serving clients internationally with various socioeconomic groups in Mexico and Spain and progressed through leadership ranks to Director, Chief Client Officer and Partner.
Leading with a “do what’s right” mindset, clients admire Rebecca for going beyond their immediate needs and proposing strategies to help them navigate continued disruption in client organizations and culture. She has a passion for creating more diverse and inclusive cultures and, in doing so, builds highly engaged teams, forging trusting relationships with executives and their stakeholders, transforming the employee experience and achieving desired outcomes.
Before becoming an executive coach, Rebecca was the Chief Client Officer and Americas Culture and Engagement Practice Leader for Kincentric. She served as a Leadership Consultant at Spencer Stuart, the U.S. Engagement and Culture Consulting Leader/Partner for Aon and Consulting Director of IDC Latin America.
Bolstered by an array of coaching, training and assessment certifications, she is positioned to unlock the highest potential in the leaders, teams and organizations she serves. These certifications include Adept-15 Certified Coach, Hogan’s Personality Assessment Suite, MVPI Assessment Certification, Human Synergistics Lifestyles Inventory (LSI), Inner Team Dialogue Certified Coach, Intercultural Developmental Inventory (IDI) Administration & Interpretation and Inner Team Dialogue Certified.
Rebecca earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Spanish from Queens University of Charlotte and a master’s degree in International Business Studies from The University of South Carolina.
