Makeda Brown is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and consultant who has coached C-suite leaders across global organizations in multiple industries, including the Food/Hospitality, Pharmaceutical and Technology sectors delivering talent strategies and results. She has more than 20 years of expertise guiding executives and teams through career transitions and organizational transformations that unleash potential, add value and produce desired outcomes.
With a strong belief that coaching is a powerful partnership that drives professional and personal growth, Makeda has dedicated her career to accelerating leaders’ ability to navigate their journey, embrace their authenticity and manage change. Additionally, she served as a Human Resource executive and Global Succession Planning leader for a large, multi-national company and has lived experience preparing diverse leadership talent for critical roles and bringing organizations through successful transformations.

Makeda graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Business Management and later attended Villanova University earning an M.S. in Human Resources. She is an active member of several people and strategy-focused organizations and has served on board for KenCrest Services and the International Coach Federation Philadelphia Chapter.
