Her career boasts a diverse portfolio of midsized to fortune 500 clients, including health systems, hospitals, large medical groups, academic institutions, clinically integrated networks, managed care companies, and other healthcare entities.
Prior to joining Furst Group, Judy made significant contributions at two nationally recognized search firms, establishing herself as a respected expert in the field of executive recruitment and talent acquisition.
She brings a rich history of successfully placing senior and C-level administrative as well as physician executives across various healthcare disciplines. Her expertise encompasses developing robust candidate sourcing plans, managing the candidate selection process, fostering client relationships, and executing strategic marketing initiatives.

Judy earned her bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications from Missouri State University.
