With more than 20 years of experience working closely with providers, payers, and healthcare service organizations, she is adept at assisting clients recognize possible organizational challenges and creating thorough leadership strategies around the recruitment, development, and retention of executive leadership teams.

Her work has helped numerous organizations identify and attract Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Nursing Officers, Chief Medical Officers, and Chief Human Resources Officers. She is especially passionate about assisting the executive development and coaching of clinicians, both physicians and nurses.

Jessica is an accomplished public speaker who has presented at industry meetings and conferences on topics that include succession planning, alignment strategies, the use of technology in recruiting, and helping to bridge generational gaps among medical staff. Her personal interest in how the future of healthcare requires a new type of leader drives her desire to continuously seek out and groom optimal talent for her clients.
