Jason Burritt is an accomplished talent advisor and strategist with more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare executive recruitment, leadership solutions, and operations. An expert in executive leadership and talent solutions for some of the nation’s largest health systems, his diverse healthcare industry experience spans midsized to Fortune 500 clients, including acute care, behavioral health providers, and premier healthcare IT firms.
Jason has influenced and led the expansion of services to new markets, the launch of a global office to support international growth, and fostered key strategic relationships and true alignment with leadership across provider systems and national healthcare organizations.
Before joining Furst Group, Jason gained extensive expertise in strategic growth, talent solutions, and leadership development in senior leadership roles across the healthcare industry, from health systems to IT and executive recruitment.
He is passionate about transformative leadership at the intersection of healthcare innovation and quality. Jason is also committed to continuous community development and currently serves as a Community Leadership Council Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Douglas County, Kansas.
Jason earned a master’s degree in health services administration and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Kansas.
