Jaimie Falzarano is a highly trained and experienced leadership development facilitator and Gallup-certified Strength executive coach who has partnered with Fortune 500 and small to midsized organizations, including Allstate, L’Oréal and M&T Bank, to help them achieve peak performance and deliver outstanding business results.
She started her career working in people-centric roles for companies like Disney and the NBA’s Orlando Magic and progressed through the ranks in higher education and advisory firms as a Special Programs Director and Managing Director, in addition to her Leadership Development consulting practice.
With a passion for diversity, Jaimie enjoys working with organizations to assess, create and advance programs that improve diversity, equity and inclusion using a holistic approach for educating and training.
An array of assessment certifications, including Hogan’s Personality Assessment Suite, CCL-Benchmarks 360, CQ-Cultural Intelligence and MBTI, have positioned her to surface leadership development opportunities and increase the overall effectiveness of individual executives and teams.
For more than 20 years, Jaimie has committed to developing and creating a talent pipeline for the future through higher education. She is Managing Director of LeaderCore, the leadership development program at the University of Buffalo, helped develop the MBA Corporate Champions Program and volunteers as a coach for Clarence High School, Academy of Business and Finance.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from SUNY Cortland and a master’s degree in Organizational Communication and Development from Canisius College.
