Ginny Gittemeier brings a rich career spanning 24 years of experience recruiting healthcare executives. With her strong network and search experience, Ginny offers invaluable guidance and outstanding results to her clients.
She provides search and recruitment expertise to hospitals, integrated delivery systems, academic medical centers, managed care organizations, medical group practices, research institutes, and across the post-acute care continuum.
Ginny has placed CEOs and other senior executives for some of the most respected organizations in the healthcare industry. In addition, she has placed Deans, Department Chairs, and Section Chiefs at leading academic medical centers across the country.
Ginny leverages a broad range of industry resources developed throughout her career in order to build bridges between qualified candidates and Furst Group’s clients. Ginny is experienced in leading and managing the search generation strategy and delivery components throughout the entire search process.
She is also skilled at providing strategic assistance to client partners in organizational assessment and talent management. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
