Andrea Merideth is an experienced healthcare Senior Consultant with more than 30 years in the field of human resources and healthcare executive search. She has partnered with Fortune 500s, private equity, and midsized organizations, leading recruitment, onboarding, retention, training, and leadership development initiatives for senior executives in various sectors, including healthcare, life sciences, managed care, and public health.
Andrea recently served as Senior Executive Search Consultant at Slone Partners, specializing in delivering top leadership and management talent to the life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, laboratory services, food sciences, and data & analytics industries.
Prior to Slone Partners, Andrea served as Director of Executive Search at B.E. Smith, an AMN Healthcare Company, where she played a pivotal role in fostering strong partnerships with healthcare executives and aiding their organizations in maximizing business results through strategic human capital. Throughout this time, Andrea successfully recruited C-suite and physician leadership executives for hospitals, health systems, and payers.
Earlier in her career, Andrea held essential positions in talent management, succession planning, and organization and leadership development across numerous organizations, including McDonald’s Corporation, Citibank, and Brinker International. These experiences greatly enriched her comprehension of how to nurture an organizational culture that prioritizes integrity, fosters inclusion, and builds trust, which are fundamental tenets for any thriving workplace environment.
